By using AlmostMe, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Use photos you have permission to edit

You must be an adult and have the necessary rights and permission for uploaded photos and the adults depicted. Do not use AlmostMe for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery or unlawful activity. Follow the rules of any service where you share your images.

Your photos and results

You retain your rights in the material you upload. You permit us and our service providers to process it to perform your requested edits, store your work and operate the service. Authorized AlmostMe staff may review photos, editing instructions and results you submit after acknowledging our photo notice, for safety, support and quality. This does not authorize use in ads or model training. AI results may contain errors or unwanted changes. Review them before sharing. We do not guarantee exact likeness, anonymity, protection from recognition or acceptance by dating and social platforms.

Credits and subscriptions

The plan and checkout screens show the price, included credits and renewal terms before payment. Each requested generation uses credits; generating another version is another request. Local photo adjustments do not use generation credits. Separately purchased credit packs do not expire. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period.

Subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel renewal through your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access through the paid period. Contact support with billing or refund questions; any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Failed or interrupted requests

A request may continue at the image provider after you stop waiting or close the page. Check recent generations before retrying. Contact support if a generation fails, is missing or appears to have consumed credits incorrectly. We do not automatically repeat an uncertain generation.

Keeping your work

New generations create versions rather than replacing your original. Device backups are specific to that browser. Use account saving or download copies of work you want to keep. Generation-recovery images are temporary as described in our privacy policy.

Service and account access

We may change features or suspend access for misuse, security issues or violations of these terms. The service and AI results are provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
